Government employees in Fujairah will receive their salaries this month on the 14th, ahead of Eid.
The order, given by Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Ruler of the emirate, sees Fujairah fall in line with several other emirates across the country.
On July 7, the Rulers of Umm Al Quwain and Ajman ordered the early payment of salaries for all government employees ahead of the upcoming holiday.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President and Ruler of Dubai, ordered early payment of salaries last month, while Abu Dhabi has taken a similar decision. Ras Al Khaimah was the first to issue instructions to pay its workers early for Eid.
Wages will be given on July 14.
