The 8th Knowledge Forum on fighting organised crime was inaugurated on Sunday by Major General Dr Nasser Lekhraibani Al Nuaimi, Secretary-General of the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, at Abu Dhabi police’s Forensic Evidence hall.
Dr Al Nuaimi stressed his keenness to attract speakers who are experts in global security matters to draw on their experiences to help enhance efforts to combat organised crime as well as developing local, regional and global partnerships with police bodies.
Keith Bristow, Director General of the United Kingdom’s National Crime Agency, gave a presentation about fighting organised crime, stressing the importance of adapting to risks.
