SHARJAH // Five Asian people were arrested for killing a man and severely injuring another in the industrial area of Sajaa, Sharjah, police said.
The authorities rushed to the scene of the crime after receiving a report that a fight between a group of Asian men had taken place.
The five men assaulted and beat to death with a wooden stick one man and another man sustained serious injuries, said police, adding that the victims were taken to Kuwait Hospital.
Investigations showed that a heated argument escalated into the brutal murder.
The suspects admitted to the crime and their cases have been transferred to public prosecution.
