Temperatures in Dubai and Abu Dhabi will reach the mid-30s on Friday, while parts of the interior also sees the same kind of peaks.
In Dubai the forecast is for 33°C while Abu Dhabi should reach 34°C.
Along the coast and islands the maximum is likely to be 34°C, the mountains are expected to hit 31°C and the interior should see 35°C.
Humidity along the coast and the interior is forecast to reach 90 per cent while mountains will be at 60 per cent.
The National Centre of Meteorology said Thursday will be fair in general and partly cloudy at times.
There will be light to moderate southeasterly to northeasterly winds.
The sea will be slight in the Arabian Gulf and in the Oman Sea.
Humidity will peak overnight and into Friday morning over some western coastal areas.

Real estate tokenisation project
Dubai launched the pilot phase of its real estate tokenisation project last month.
The initiative focuses on converting real estate assets into digital tokens recorded on blockchain technology and helps in streamlining the process of buying, selling and investing, the Dubai Land Department said.
Dubai’s real estate tokenisation market is projected to reach Dh60 billion ($16.33 billion) by 2033, representing 7 per cent of the emirate’s total property transactions, according to the DLD.
