ABU DHABI // Residents of Liwa and Ghayathi woke to mist on Monday morning, although it burnt away quickly with the rising sun. The rest of the day will be fair to partly cloudy across the country.
Clouds may develop in the afternoon in the eastern and northern parts of the country, possibly resulting in some rain, the National Centre for Meteorology and Seismology says.
Winds will be light to moderate, ranging from about 15 to 30kph. The Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman will also be mild.
Fog is expected again on Tuesday morning and relative humidity will increase overnight across the country. Daytime humidity today will range from 75 to 95 per cent along the coast and interior areas, and 50 to 70 per cent in the mountains.
Temperatures will reach highs of between 31°C and 35°C along the coast, 33°C and 38°C in the interior and 21°C and 28°C in the mountains.
The lowest temperature recorded today was 14.4°C at Jabal Jais mountain, Ras Al Khaimah, at 6.30am
