ABU DHABI // Two UAE ministers have met at Zayed University to discuss the development of the higher education sector.
Sheikha Lubna Al Qasimi, Minister of State for Tolerance and president of Zayed University, met Dr Ahmad Belhoul, Minister of State for Higher Education, over how to prepare qualified graduates for the workforce and contribute to the country’s growth.
Dr Belhoul highlighted the role of private companies in supporting education and scientific research, reported Wam, the state news agency.
He also was briefed on Zayed University’s plans, visited some of its specialised centres and met students to learn about their activities.
