Adult education teachers undergo workshop in Abu Dhabi

Teachers at nine women’s adult education centres in Abu Dhabi received professional development training to help empower them with the latest teaching and learning skills.

The “Making Assessment Work” workshop took place at the Al Danah Adult Education Center. Training was provided by Abu Dhabi Education Council’s professional development team through the Tamkeen: Empowering Educators programme.

There are 34 adult education centre across the emirate, 10 of which offer morning classes and 24 afternoon classes to male and female students.
