Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President and Ruler of Dubai, was given the Cultural Personality of the Year award by Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, at the Abu Dhabi Book Fair on Monday night.
