Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (Dewa) is to provide Dh10 million to support the Al Jalila Foundation’s medical education and research work.
Dewa will help to set up a research lab at the foundation’s research centre in Dubai Healthcare City.
“This sponsorship supports the UAE Vision 2021 which aims to invest in medical infrastructure to meet the growing expectations of UAE nationals,” said Saeed Al Tayer, Dewa’s managing director and chief executive during the signing of a memorandum of understanding.
