Capturing “quiet” visually is a challenge but Afshan Ahmed, a features writer here at The National, did just that in this beautiful image from a cafe along Dubai Creek. In an area known for its frenetic pace, she found this man sitting with his phone, his body language suggesting he’s very much lost in his own thoughts.
