A royal delegation led by Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, bid farewell to China President Xi Jinping at the end of an historic three-day visit to the UAE.

Mr Xi arrived in Abu Dhabi on Thursday for a series of high-level talks aimed at strengthening commercial, trade and cultural links between the two countries.

A number of agreements were made to further bolster growing ties between the UAE and China.

Mr Xi, along with China's First Lady Peng Liyuan, flew back to China on Saturday, to conclude the three-day stay.

Mr Xi was warmly embraced by Sheikh Mohammed and other UAE dignitaries before boarding his flight at the Presidential Airport.
