Adnoc Distribution is distributing 50lb gas cylinders to underprivileged families in the Northern Emirates, at a subsidised price of Dh30 a cylinder – on par with prices in the capital – during the holy month.
The initiative is a collaboration with the Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation as part of its Iftar Project, the state news agency Wam reported.
“As is the case every year, during the holy month we aim to roll-out various initiatives in line with our social responsibility strategy,” said Khalid Hadi of Adnoc.
