Tenants can give just 30 days notice to move out without incurring a penalty. -
The apartments are fully furnished and include all bills. -
The building has studio flats as well as one- to four-bedroom apartments. -

To secure an apartment, tenants pay two months’ rent to move in, one month of which is a refundable security deposit. -
Even the laundrette has games to help pass the time. -
Within weeks of opening, the modern apartment block was at full capacity.
