Cristiano Ronaldo makes the front cover of The National Sport on Wednesday, May 4, 2016 as the Portuguese forward took part in Real Madrid's final training session ahead of their Uefa Champions League semi-final second-leg clash with Manchester City on Wednesday.
Ronaldo, the top scorer in this season’s competition with 16 goals in 10 games, including a hat-trick in the 3-0 win over Wolfsburg in the quarter-finals, missed last week’s trip to Etihad Stadium, where City held out the Spanish giants for a 0-0 draw, with a thing muscle injury.
City have never reached this stage of the competition previously, while Real Madrid hope to progress to this month’s final in Milan in an attempt to win an 11th European Cup.
