Roger Federer is through to the fourth round of the French Open after a comfortable win over Norwegian Casper Ruud.
The 20-time major winner prevailed 6-3, 6-1, 7-6 to continue his impressive return to Roland Garros after a four-year absence.
The world No 3 won nine games in a row after being 3-2 down on serve in the first set to take charge of the match.
Ruud battled gamely, and even broke Federer at the start of the third set.
But Federer broke back and then clinched it in the tie-break.
Federer will play either Nicolas Mahut or Leonardo Mayer next for a place in the quarter-finals.
