Bahrain flexed their muscles from the summit of the West Asia Premiership as they thrashed Dubai Sports City Eagles on Friday.
The table-toppers ran in 14 tries, as they extended their lead at the top of the cross-border competition in dominant fashion.
They had started Friday with a four-point cushion over second-placed Abu Dhabi Harlequins, while their hosts had yet to register a win in six league matches so far this season.
They had registered a four-try bonus point within 27 minutes of kick off, and were unrelenting thereafter.
As a marker of their superiority, they even registered two tries in the time they were down to 13 men, having seen two players sin-binned in the same incident that brought Eagles their only point, via a penalty try.
The away side had 11 different point scorers in all. Each of Lindsey Gibson, Deina Morete, Graham Bishop and Tom Bell scored two tries, although Bishop’s delight was offset by him suffering what appeared a serious shoulder injury.
