UAE success on Day 2 of FBMA International Show Jumping Cup

Wins for Hamad Ali Al Kirbi and Abdul Rahman Ahmed Ameen at Al Forsan Sports Resort.

The second day of the fifth staging of FBMA International Show Jumping Cup 2018 on Friday saw UAE riders Hamad Ali Al Kirbi and Abdul Rahman Ahmed Ameen claim victories.

The pair were successful in the the morning’s competition at the event at Al Forsan Sports Resort.

The events are in line with CSI (Concours de Saut International) regulations and Al Kirbi and Ameen in their respective competitions.

In the first category, CSIY, Al Kirbi won ahead of Farhang Sadeghi from Iran, with third place going to Joao Maria Marquilhas of Portugal.

Ameen won the second category, CSIY-A, from Imad Gharib of Syria and Humaid Abdulla Al Mheiri of the UAE.

The third category-CSICh-A- for children aged under 15, was won by Omar Ayman from Palestine, with second and third taken by the UAE’s Eisa Omran Al Owais and Saif Awaida Mohammed Al Kirbi.

There is further action at Al Forsan on Friday afternoon, with the action completing on Saturday.
