Boxing superstar Anthony Joshua has been spending some down time in Dubai following his latest stoppage victory over Carlos Takam last month, combining his trip with a guest appearance at the Dubai Fitness Challenge. Joshua, the IBF, IBO and WBA heavyweight world champion, has been sharing his UAE holiday with his millions of social media followers. Forever the athlete, Joshua hasn't simply been relaxing by the pool, but also taking to the tennis court and football pitch. And the British Olympic gold medallist was in fine company during a football session he posted to Instagram on Thursday evening, when Italy's World Cup-winning captain Fabio Cannavaro made an appearance. Cannavaro is no stranger to the UAE having ended his playing career at Al Ahli before taking up a position as the club's first team coach. The former Inter Milan, Juventus and Real Madrid was last week appointed manager of Chinese Super League club Guangzhou Evergrande for a second time following a spell in charge at CSL rivals Tianjin Quanjian. One of the biggest stars in boxing, Joshua is also a handy footballer but he would surely have welcomed a few tips from one of the greats of the modern game.
