The most hectic time of the Premier League season is done for another year.

Forty matches were packed into 13 days as the 20 teams all played four times around Christmas and New Year.

Following the conclusion of the action Richard Jolly has picked his team of the festive period.

Leaders Liverpool, Manchester United, who had a 100 per cent record during their four games, Leicester City and Tottenham Hotspur all have two players each in the line-up.
