Huddersfield will be held to a draw by Birmingham, while Southampton and Watford will draw one of the three all Premier League ties.

Why? United are beginning to get up some momentum and this week have been boosted with the news of a new contract for manager Jose Mourinho, and the the signing of Alexis Sanchez. The Chilean is set to make his debut on Friday and United should be too far good for Yeovil.

Saturday, 4.30pm

Why? Leicester had to go to a replay to get past Fleetwood in the last round, but with Jamie Vardy and Riyad Mahrez back to full fitness they should comfortably book their spot in the last 16.

Saturday, 7pm

Why? Huddersfield's Premier League form has plummeted in recent weeks, with just three points from their past six games. With manager David Wagner considering resting players to concentrate on the league, Birmingham, despite their own struggles in the Championship, could cause a surprise here.

Saturday, 7pm

Why? Chris Hughton's Brighton are another side struggling, with no wins in their past five league games. Middlesbrough are beginning to find their feet under new manager Tony Pulis and the Championship side can spring an upset here.

Saturday, 7pm

Why? Swansea would have been major contenders for a cup exit prior to Monday, but the win over Liverpool should galvanise them. Carlos Carvalhal's men should have too much for their League Two opponents.

Saturday, 7pm

Why? The sides drew 2-2 in the Premier League earlier this month and this could be another stalemate. Southampton are on a wretched run in the league and have not won since November 26. Watford have a new manager in Javi Gracia, but have a lot of injuries so honours even here.

Saturday, 7pm

Why? Wigan are flying high at the top of League One, but David Moyes has made West Ham resilient since taking over in November. With Marko Arnautovic in good form, the London side should evade this potential banana skin.

Why? Tottenham's forward line-up of Harry Kane and Dele Alli will fancy a few goals here. Tottenham are still in the Uefa Champions League, but they will be taking the FA Cup very seriously having not won it since 1991.

Why? Liverpool will be anxious to bounce back after their shock loss to Swansea on Monday. West Brom held Liverpool to a goalless draw in December, but Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino will likely make amends for that blank this time around.

Why? Chelsea are stuggling of late with a mixture of poor form, injuries and suspension to blame. Newcastle can make it tough for them, but Antonio Conte's men will just have the edge here.

Sunday, 8pm

Why? Pep Guardiola's men have had some difficult encounters with Championship sides in the League Cup as they were tested by both Wolverhampton Wanderers and Bristol City. But City will be too strong for Cardiff as Guardiola's men stay on track in their bid for a quadruple.
