The Yas Marina Circuit witnessed a spectacular end to the F1 season in the final race of 2022 - the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
With Max Verstappen and Reb Bull Racing having wrapped up the driver and constructor world titles earlier in the season, focus had turned to who will finish runner-up in a battle between Red Bull's Sergio Perez and Ferarri's Charles Leclerc.
Off the track, we have an electric line-up of music acts. There were plenty of celebrities to keep and eye out for, too.

Kendrick Lamar gives Abu Dhabi F1 the spectacle it deserves
Saeed Saeed reports
Of the 48 artists who performed as part of the festivities since the inaugural Abu Dhabi F1 race, only nine can be classified as rappers. From that handful, only one has headlined the prestigious race day concert, with Eminem putting on a barnstorming show in 2012.
Abu Dhabi F1 concert-goers would have experienced this in the 2019 double bill of Future and Gucci Mane. Other acts have shown the genre’s full potential, with thrilling sets by Jay-Z in 2013, J Cole in 2017 and last year’s blistering concert by UK grime star Stormzy.
And Kendrick Lamar has now raised the bar, with an explosive show at Etihad Park on Saturday. Simply put, this was the best performance by a hip-hop artist at the Abu Dhabi F1 so far.
Stage set for an emotional day at Yas Marina Circuit
Max Verstappen on pole for Sunday's big race
Max Verstappen has taken pole position for Sunday’s Abu Dhabi Grand Prix after a qualifying session that showed some fierce driving from the main contenders.
The Dutch driver posted a time of 1 min 24.754 secs, seizing the top slot from Red Bull teammate Sergio Perez in the final stages.
Few would have bet against the second-placed Mexican losing the pole slot after his blistering performance early on, but a rattling run from Verstappen at the death sealed both driver’s fates on Sunday’s grid.
Sergio Perez on top in final practice session
After being bettered twice by Charles Leclerc, his rival for the No 2 position, in Friday's racing, the Red Bull driver turned in a performance worthy of a podium finish in Sunday’s race.
For his part, Leclerc managed to spend some time at the top of the leaderboard, but he could do no better than sixth at the end of 60 minutes.
Perez’s time of 1:24.982 left him 0.152 seconds ahead of his nearest contender.
Team bosses stay focused in season finale
The team bosses were all focused on what had to be done over the rest of the Abu Dhabi weekend just prior to the final practice session. But with the sport’s main prizes already in the bag, they seemed equally concerned about what was going to happen next season.
Christian Horner of Red Bull added little to explain the mystery about the bust-up between Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez in Sao Paulo.
Max Verstappen dominates second practice
Simon Wilgress-Pipe reports:
Formula 1 world champion Max Verstappen showed he wasn’t going to take it easy at the season-ending Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, dominating Friday's second practice session.
As darkness fell over Yas Marina Circuit, the Red Bull driver worked his way up the leaderboard rapidly, with none of his competitors coming too close to challenging him.
Despite suffering a couple of skids early on and reporting braking issues to his crew, this seemed to make little difference to double world champion's performance.
His dominance overshadows a surprisingly positive result for Lewis Hamilton and George Russell in the earlier practice session.
Things were looking good for the Mercedes pair this afternoon, but, despite Russell harrying Verstappen on the leaderboard, neither driver was able to better their Dutch competitor.
The Red Bull driver ended up with a best-lap time of 1:26.146, with Russell 0.341 behind.
