Can India be the new force in cricket?

Ian Chappell believes that India will take over Australia's mantle as the best Test cricket nation for years to come. The Indians are set to win the series against Australia, who have found it hard to replace their retired greats such as Shane Warne and Glenn McGrath. India themselves have seen some quality players recently retire such as Anil Kumble, but they do have some promising players coming through the ranks. Is Chappell right? Or do you think there is another team that can take on that mantle? Have your say.
