Abu Dhabi Police have released a video to highlight the dangerous use of e-scooters on busy roads in the capital.

The footage shows three men riding e-scooters across three separate intersections. They can be seen attempting to weave through traffic, with one narrowly avoiding a collision with an SUV.

Police released the video in a bid to urge e-scooter riders to follow safety rules and limit their use to designated paths. It comes as part of their #YourComment awareness initiative.

The campaign calls on the public to share their views to promote road safety and responsible e-scooter usage across the capital.

Where can you ride an e-scooter in Abu Dhabi?
