The annual Bodytree Yoga Market is back on Friday, March 10, and tickets are on sale.
The Abu Dhabi event, from 8.30am to 5.30pm, will host back-to-back yoga classes, meditation and talks, as well as a farmers’ market and market stalls.
LA-based instructor and YogaWorks teacher trainer, David Kim, will teach two classes – yin yoga and myofascial release, and yin and yang flow. There will also be ashtanga, power flow, yin yoga and pranayama classes to suit all levels from beginner to advanced. Other highlights include a hula hoop presentation and class, acro yoga, free teen yoga and lunchtime concert with Kirtan Dubai.
The entrance fee is Dh150, which includes all classes. Prior class bookings are recommended.
