The one-hour sessions, led by trainer Chris Miller, are accompanied by free babysitting and childcare, making it even easier for parents to maintain their fitness regime. Drop & Tone takes place in a fully air-conditioned facility, and the price of each session includes tailored exercise and nutrition advice. This offer isn’t only available to parents, however, as non-parents can also take part and get a challenging workout that will help them achieve their fitness goals.
