Switzerland: Zurich will play home to Manifesta, the European biennial of contemporary art. Venues include several historic buildings, including the Thai Hua Museum and the the Phra Pitak Chinpracha mansion. Oman: As the summer temperatures crank up in the UAE, any respite, no matter how marginal, can be a blessing. But we don't always have a full week to jet off to cooler climes.
