An hour of trampoline exercise is said to burn up to 1,000 calories. Head trainer Hesham Kamel will lead participants, who will be eligible for various prizes. The package includes the 10-day programme, including personalised training, a nutrition plan tailored to each individual, a T-shirt, wristband and more.
