iSpy: Audi's swooping new A7 Sportback

The Audi A7 Sportback has been with us for a few months now and it's a firm favourite with the Motoring team at The National. Here is one of the first spy shots of an undisguised S7, which should be unveiled at this year's Frankfurt motor show. Rumour has it that an RS7 Sportback might debut alongside it, complete with a 580hp V10 engine. As for the car spied here, there are larger air intakes at the front, a larger wheel and tyre package, bigger brakes and quad exhaust pipes. The S7's engine is said to be a 4.0L V8, which will also be fitted to an entry-level Bentley Continental GT in the future. Audi will be trying to stay in the limelight in 2011 with a number of high-performance models (the S6 and S8 models are rumoured to debut at Frankfurt, too) because BMW's awesome new M5 is almost here. We can't wait.

Five ways to get fit like Craig David (we tried for seven but ran out of time)

Start the week as you mean to go on. So get your training on strong on a Monday.

Train hard, but don’t take it all so seriously that it gets to the point where you’re not having fun and enjoying your friends and your family and going out for nice meals and doing that stuff.

Think about what you’re training or eating a certain way for — don’t, for example, get a six-pack to impress somebody else or lose weight to conform to society’s norms. It’s all nonsense.

Get your priorities right.

And last but not least, you should always, always chill on Sundays.
