Pros The building is low-rise and located on JVT's main thoroughfare. Communal facilities include a swimming pool, gym, sauna and steam rooms. The apartment comes with a good-sized balcony.
Cons The location will not be ideal for some, although it offers easy access onto Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed and Al Khail roads. Because JVT isn't particularly well known or well signposted, getting a taxi on weekends can be a problem.
They say This is an exquisite Dubai property, where you can see the lights of the city but won't hear the noise.
We say JVT is shaping up into a nice little community, with green areas, tennis and basketball courts and a newly opened supermarket and cafe.
