To celebrate the Chinese mooncake festival, Royal China in DIFC is giving each guest a complimentary mooncake dessert from September 14 to 16. And if you order using the restaurant’s new delivery service and spend more than Dh100, you’ll get a free mooncake with your delivery.
The mooncake festival is an important part of Chinese culture that dates back 300 years. It’s a festival that occurs each year when the moon is at its brightest. This year, it falls on September 15.

In Abu Dhabi, you can celebrate the mooncake festival at Li Jiang in the Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal. The restaurant will serve up their handcrafted mooncakes — filled with white lotus and red bean paste — from September 11 to 24. You can eat these in the restaurant or order one to give as a gift.
