As Atlantis The Palm Dubai steps up a gear with its Culinary Month activities during November, the city’s foodies will be able to avail themselves of a spectacular culinary treat on Thursday, November 16, at Nobu, the famous Japanese restaurant.
The venue's Four Hands Dinner will see chef Nobu Matsuhisa himself joining forces with celebrity Italian maestro, Michelin-starred chef Giorgio Locatelli (who owns the Ronda Locatelli restaurant that happens to be next door to Nobu), when they will blend their respective and quite distinct culinary worlds with a six-course, Japanese-Italian fusion menu.
The National caught up with the chefs before the Four Hands event, to learn about their individual cooking styles and they both demonstrated how simple ingredients can be used to create the most incredible gourmet dishes. Watch below:
