The Sportsman’s Arms in Zayed Sports City has just launched a new family brunch. The gastropub serves up sharing platters of mixed starters and desserts with a choice of main course per person.
All dishes will be served table-side. You’ll get pulled beef croquettes; pastrami-cured salmon; and smoked haddock fishcakes for starters. Options for mains include Murphy’s beef Irish stew; fish and chips; spring pea risotto or a choice of pizzas.
Desserts include sticky toffee pudding and a chocolate brownie.
It’s the perfect brunch for families as kids can play in the soft play zone and climbing frame on the family terrace while adults indulge. The kids’ brunch includes a starter, main and dessert with dough balls and dips for starters and burgers and pizza among the main course options. An ice cream bike will serve up cones, tubs and cookie sandwiches for desserts.
The Sportsman’s Arms is on the first floor of the International Tennis Centre in Zayed Sports City. The brunch is every Friday from 1pm to 4pm, Dh195, with soft drinks; Dh85 for kids. For reservations, call 02 403 4235.
