Pearls & Caviar has one of the most gorgeous locations in the city, tucked in behind the Shangri-La Hotel, right on the water. It's worth a trip to check out their recently launched new menu, which is still heavy on the seafood in the form of lobster thermidor, spanish octopus salad, scampi, tuna tartare, mussels and bouillabaisse, but focuses less on big heavy dinners and more on sharing plates.
