Ray’s Grill opens in Abu Dhabi

Ray’s Grill at Jumeirah at Etihad Towers is now open in Abu Dhabi. The restaurant replaces the previous restaurant Quest.

Ray’s Grill is a contemporary steakhouse on Level 63 that serves premium steaks cooked over a wood-flavoured charcoal grill — complete with panoramic views of the city.

Signature grills include USDA prime beef, Australian 1824 sirloin, Australian Mulwarra rib-eye, Irish John Stone beef sirloin and more. They also offer a signature salad, a fennel smoked Wagyu starter and pan seared foie gras and scallops.

The restaurant is open daily for lunch from 12 to 3:30pm and for dinner from 7pm to 11:30 pm. For reservations, call 02 811 5666.
