To celebrate their two year anniversary, Villa Toscana in the St. Regis Abu Dhabi is hosting a special evening of Italian hospitality. This Saturday, August 15, Italian chefs Stefano Viola and Paolo Lostia will create a unique menu of Tuscan favourites — and guests won’t see a menu or a price.
To thank guests for their loyalty, the chefs are letting guests name their price for the meal at the end of the evening. But don’t let the menu- and price-free elements worry you. Viola and his team are skilled at presenting authentic Italian dishes that are hard to resist, with a focus on innovative dishes from the Italian regions of Tuscany, Umbria and Emilia-Romagna.
