New brunch at At.mosphere in Dubai’s Burj Khalifa

Epicureans with a head for heights will be able to book a table for brunch at At.mosphere restaurant and lounge in Dubai’s Burj Khalifa from April 22.

Executive Chef Jerome Lagarde has created a selection of signature dishes which will be cooked to order at live stations and served to guests’ tables on the 122nd floor.

Appetisers will include violet artichoke and white asparagus gazpacho and Wagyu beef tartare. Also on the menu slow-cooked lamb shank, Patagonian black cod and a raw bar featuring caviar from Maison Kaviari, oysters and Alaskan king crab. Decadent desserts to tempt patrons comprise sea salt-caramel religieuse, passionfruit baba and chef’s classic tarte Tatin.

Diners can choose from two packages, the first of which costs Dh880 and includes premium beverages and pairings. The second meal deal, which includes soft drinks only, costs Dh680.

At.mosphere’s brunch will run from 12-noon until 4pm on select Friday’s throughout the year. Booking is a must and all reservations must be fully paid for in advance. Children above three years of age are welcome and those under five years of age dine for free. Brunch packages for children aged 6-12 years cost Dh340.
