If you are a Marriot Hotel guest, now you get your own in-phone concierge with their new mobile app. Travellers can connect instantly with 500 Marriott Hotels worldwide, including the Dubai Marriott Harbour Hotel and Suites in the UAE, to request services and amenities even before they check-in.
The feature is available to members of the Marriott Rewards programme, where guests can communicate with the hotel in two ways. The ‘Anything Else?’ feature allows guests to have a real-time conversation with the staff who can confirm their requests. There is also a drop-down menu allowing them to request for added services and amenities, such as extra towels and pillows.
