Renowned chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten is opening two new restaurants at the Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach.
Scheduled to open in the next few weeks, JG Dining Room and JG Kitchen will be two separate spaces under one roof: a fine dining restaurant (JG Dining Room) and a casual all day restaurant (JG Kitchen). An outdoor terrace and lounge will connect the spaces.
Vongerichten, a three Michelin-starred chef from France, is known for his love of Eastern cuisine and exotic flavours. He owns nearly 30 restaurants around the world, including Jean-Georges, ABC Kitchen, The Mark and The Mercer Kitchen in New York, JG Tokyo in Japan (a 14 counter seat restaurant) and On the Rocks in St Barths.
