Inside Neos lounge: the Address Downtown Dubai's 63rd floor venue reopens after nearly three years

The decor has changed, as has the skyline you can spy from its wraparound windows

Perched on the 63rd floor of the Address Downtown Dubai, with views of the Dubai Fountain, the Burj Khalifa as well as the growing canals stretching from Business Bay and beyond, Neos Lounge bar has reopened.

The bar, which it takes two separate lifts to get to, has had a full refurbishment in the time it has been shut - it closed down, along with the rest of the hotel, after the New Year's Eve fire in 2015.

The bar, which was originally opened before much of Downtown Dubai existed, is a classic place to take visitors as its views are almost as good as those found At The Top of the Burj Khalifa.

The food menu is pricey (you pay for those views), and ranges from sushi and chicken shwarma (Dh90) to oysters (from Dh120) and grilled prawns (Dh250).
