With Easter is just around the corner, Atlantis The Palm is hopping into the spirit by launching the region’s first official chocolate week.

From April 17 to 24, the Dubai hotel will hold a host of chocolate-themed activities, including an attempt at creating the largest chocolate sculpture in the world.

From April 17 Atlantis chocolate sculptors will start live carving huge blocks of Patchi Chocolate. Taking place daily and located at the Poseidon Café in front of The Ambassador Lagoon, there will also be a chocolate river on display, as well as a miniature chocolate replica of The Royal Atlantis design.

Aside from the sweet sculpture, which will be revealed in all its glory in October, there will be chocolate menus on offer at the hotel’s nine restaurants including Bread Street Kitchen & Bar, Ronda Locatelli, Ossiano, YUAN, Plato’s, Seafire, Nasimi Beach, Kaleidoscope and Saffron.

There will be chocolate burgers, afternoon teas, innovative Italian dishes and chocolate mocktails for the cocoa lovers out there to indulge in.
