Chef Francois Leo, the executive pastry chef at Rosewood Abu Dhabi and his team of award-winning pastry chefs, have created baked treats for the festive season.
The bake sale in the light-filled majlis lobby lounge overlooking the water features delights including ginger stollen, gingerbread houses, Yule logs and sweet snowmen created from recipes passed down by generations or learnt firsthand from famous pastry chefs.
