Galeries Lafayette in Dubai Mall will host its 5th edition of Le Gourmet Food Fest later this month.
Le Gourmet, the food hall inside Dubai’s largest department store, will gather chefs, producers, suppliers, food bloggers and food-lovers to celebrate gastronomy during the three-day event.
The festival, inspired by the international street food culture, will feature a variety of signature bites served up in Le Gourmet’s 11 different kitchens. Dishes will be served from food stalls and trucks.
Guests will also get a chance to sample a range of tastes from the exhibiting suppliers.
The festival will host demos and cookery workshops, while music, live street art and more keep guests entertained.
There will also be a Blogger’s Lounge at the festival featuring popular bloggers around the UAE including Secret Squirrel, Cooking with a Manicure, We the Foodsters and Dima Al Sharif.
Bloggers will host workshops demonstrating simple tricks and techniques to recreate simple dishes using fresh ingredients.
