It’s French Independence Day and St. Tropez Bistro — a French bar and brasserie in Dubai — is celebrating all week long. From Bastille Day (July 14) to July 19, head chef David Cagle will offer a set menu that will feature the best of contemporary French cuisine.
Diners have a choice of dishes from the set menu, which includes grilled octopus, smoked mackerel and French country pate for starters.
The list of mains features brick chicken, St. Tropez steak and seared duck breast.
And for dessert, diners can choose from dark chocolate pots de creme, vanilla bean crème brûlée and Bastille selection of regional cheeses.
