Dine in the dark and celebrate Earth Hour at Fairmont Dubai

To celebrate Earth Hour on Saturday, March 28, Fairmont Dubai is offering Earth Hour at Noire, a three-course organic meal (prepared using environment- and animal-friendly methods) in a completely blacked-out restaurant, leaving guests to trust in servers equipped with night-vision goggles.

Non-essential lights across the property will be dimmed for 60 minutes, while all the restaurants will offer candle-lit dinners.

Earth Hour at Noire is available from 7.30pm to 10pm and costs Dh350 per person including a three-course organic menu with paired beverages. (The evening is limited to 30 persons).
