Crust restaurant in Abu Dhabi launches business lunch for Dh55

Crust, the modern, market-inspired restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel in Abu Dhabi has launched a business lunch.

Busy workers in the capital can now enjoy an express 45-minute meal with views of the water from Dh55 per person. Vegetarian items on the menu include a red quinoa and watercress salad with sumac marinated shallots and mustard-lemon dressing.

Meat-eaters can opt for dishes like a Cobb salad with grilled chicken breast, crispy beef bacon, avocado and a hardboiled egg. Other options available are lamb meatballs with maize mash and spicy tomato dip as well as a New York steak served with grilled red chicory and hollandaise sauce.

Crust’s 45-minute business lunch is available on weekdays from 12pm until 3.30pm. Prices are exclusive of 10% service charge and a 6% tourism fee.
