The Italian Cuisine World Summit convenes in Dubai this weekend to launch a two-week festival celebrating the best in Italian food.
Throughout the summit, 40 Michelin-starred chefs from around the globe will be in Dubai cooking in various restaurants. They’ll also be hosting cookery classes for the public where participants will learn how to prepare popular Italian dishes.
The classes will be held at the Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management in Dubai. The chefs and the topics will vary from day to day. The morning classes for amateur and home chefs will be held from 9:30am to 12:30pm every day and includes lunch. The afternoon classes will run from 2pm to 5pm. Each class is Dh250 per person.
