Burger & Lobster, a popular London-based concept, opens today (February 17) in DIFC.
This is the first location for the brand in the UAE. It already has outlets in London, New York and Stockholm. The restaurant keeps things simple by only offering three items: burgers, whole lobsters or lobster rolls — served with chips and a salad.
The burgers are made with cornfed Angus beef with natural marbling. They’re served in a brioche bun, which is baked daily on site using Burger & Lobster’s secret recipe. The lobster is flown in from the Atlantic Ocean and held in large lobster tanks in the restaurant.
