Renowned chef Tom Aikens, who opened Pots, Pans and Boards at The Beach on JBR last year, is opening another new eatery in Dubai. This one, called Tom’s Kitchen Deli, will open in November at Riverland in Dubai Parks and Resorts.

Tom’s Kitchen Deli promises to elevate classic fast food by offering items ranging from healthy to indulgent. On the menu: the cod dog with cod fish fingers in a brioche roll; tacos with sour cream, chilli relish, cheese sauce and jalapeños; doughnuts stuffed with peanut butter and jelly or salted caramel; and crepes served with a variety of ice cream and toppings.

Aikens has the distinct honour of being the youngest British chef to be awarded two Michelin stars. He has four Tom’s Kitchen restaurants and delis across London. This is the first international deli for Aikens.

Aikens says, “Dubai is a foodie haven and has seen a recent trend of casual, informal dining taking off. Tom’s Kitchen Deli is all about offering a relaxing, informal environment for families and friends to enjoy fresh, delicious and exciting food.”
