Jumeirah Group conducted a country-wide online survey to find the UAE's favourite dish. Of the 1,500 polled, two thirds of respondents picked steak as a favourite, firmly establishing the UAE as a country of meat lovers. When asked to pick a favourite cuisine, the majority chose Italian.
