Safina at Saadiyat Beach Club is hosting a special one-night only Master Kobe beef experience tonight. Known for its melt-in-your-mouth texture, the Kobe beef will come in various forms, including a Kobe tartare; a beef carpaccio with truffle and mushroom panna cotta and quail egg; a surf and turf with barbecue octopus; and a Kobe plancha served with roasted aubergine purée, bone marrow, maitake mushroom and salted ricotta. Try out The Amalfi Experience at Le Royal Meridien Abu Dhabi. The newly launched dining experience takes guests on a gastronomic journey through Italy and is ideal for couples, families or groups of friends or colleagues looking for a new dining adventure. Koi Restaurant & Lounge in The Collection in the St. Regis Saadiyat Island, has a new boss in the kitchen. The new head chef, Daisuke Yoshizak, has created a brand new menu with authentic Japanese dishes and some of his own, personal creations. One of the signature dishes is the Miyazaki gyu: buttery Miyazaki beef served in a traditional ponzu sauce with mustard soy and rock salt. For reservations, call 02 678 3334.
